Manufacturing line description
The overall solution for lithium battery mass production line is suitable for the manufacturing of lithium-ion batteries as well as the assembly of battery packs.
The battery production is assembled in three sections:
The electrode section is mainly composed of equipment such as mixing, coating, rolling, slitting, and die-cutting, which mainly complete the production of electrode sheets;
The assembly section consists of stacking/winding, welding, shell insertion, baking, EL. injection and other equipment, mainly responsible for battery production;
The formation stage consists of formation, grading, OCV, DCIR, sorting, and warehouse logistics, mainly responsible for the battery activation process.
During the assembly stage, two different processes, winding and laminating, can be selected according to the requirements.
