Micro-Concave Coater

The micro-concave coating machine is composed of unwinding, material storage, traction, corona, dust removal, micro-concave coating head, oven, deviation correction, material storage, winding, heating, air duct and control system, among which the coating head and oven runner are the core technologies. The working principle of the equipment is that the coiled PETG substrate is conveyed by the unwinding unit, and then enters the concave coating head unit through devices such as traction, corona, dust removal, etc., wherein the function of the coating head is to uniformly coat the slurry on the surface of the substrate, and the principle is that the film material is pressed above the ceramic concave roller through two small guide rails. Because the film material is in slight contact with the concave roller, and the concave roller is opposite to the conveying direction of the material, a thinner coating effect can be achieved, and then the film material enters an oven for drying, and at the outlet of the oven, the dried material is corrected, then cooled and dragged by a large roller, and finally the finished product is rolled; The unwinding storage rack and the winding storage rack are used for buffering during automatic tape connection, and the unwinding and winding materials are in a stopped state during automatic tape connection. The whole machine can be heated by electric heating, natural gas hot air heating, heat transfer oil heating, etc., and set up separate tuyere channels such as air inlet, return air and exhaust air to ensure that the air speed of each section can be adjusted automatically or manually, which can adapt to coating production under different processes.
