Equipment advantage:
Heat exchange between the high temperature exhaust air and the low temperature return air: saving energy costs;
No cooling water is required due to more efficient condensing host;
90-95% return air design;
G4 filter for particle control;
Waste heat recovery unit and condensing host can be integrated;
5-10% Tail gas treatment with VOC adsorption rotor (single or double) to meet the emission standard (10-50 mg/Nm3, with laboratory measured data low to 1 mg/Nm3);
Emergency emission strategy: activated carbon filter when rotor fails. (optional)
Process flow:
Cathode processing technology: waste heat recovery + condensation with 95% return air + 5% emission with water absorption tower treatment
Cathode processing technology: waste heat recovery + condensation with 95% return air + 5% emission with adsorption rotor treatment
