Extrusion Coater

Double closed-loop tension control, the tension swing roller adopts low friction cylinder, and the tension fluctuation is ≤ ± 2N; A new type of coated steel roll shaft core is forged integrally to improve the mechanical properties, and the steel roll jump is ≤1.2μm (laser table); Through-shaft DDR motor (kollmorgen) is directly driven, and the linear speed fluctuation is ≤± 3‰; The arch type full main drive oven can be compatible with 4.5μm thin substrate coating.
