Manufacturing line description
The manufacturing line mainly implements processes such as mixing, coating, slitting, film making, winding, tab flattening (full tab and multi tab), welding of cathode and anode current collectors, anode taping, inserting can, ultrasonic back welding, anode laser welding, groove rolling, EL. injection, sealing, cleaning, film coating, coding, pre-formation, grading, OCV detection, etc. Relying on MES system and intelligent warehousing, achieve intelligent and information-based production.

Highlights of the manufacturing line
1) Compatible with a complete process for multiple products of the same type, enabling rapid changeover;
2) Customized design based on customer requirements and production line process;
3) High speed logistics conveying system: using flexible cable transportation technology, the cup is loaded with battery cells into the equipment, and the cam mechanism achieves high-speed and stable production of the equipment;
4) The manufacturing line production information recording system uses visual aerial photography technology to upload high-speed and accurate detection data, interacts with MES system, and records product lifecycle data;
5) Pre-folding technology for winding: realizing pre-folding of tab while winding, greatly improving the flattening effect of multi tab or full tab battery cells, and enhancing the welding quality of the current collector plate;
6) Flattening technology: By flattening the flat surface at different angles and bending it into shape, it is possible to flatten the multi tab or full tab battery cells. After flattening, the cell tabs are arranged in an orderly manner without metal dust.
