2nd Helium Leak Test Machine
The secondary helium leak tester is used for the sealing test of the battery after the sealing nail welding process. The testing method is the vacuum helium leak detection method (helium gas is already present inside the incoming battery, and by evacuating the test chamber, the leak rate of helium over a specified period is measured to determine the sealing integrity of the battery after welding). This equipment is fully automatic, automatically completing functions such as loading and unloading, helium leak detection, helium removal, and automatic isolation of NG products.
Advantages:
- - Vacuum helium leak detection method, high detection accuracy, effectively detecting tiny leaks.
- - High level of automation, enabling fast batch testing.
- - Good equipment stability, with minimal repeatability errors in testing.
