Mylar Wrapping Machine
The Mylar film packaging machine is used for the Mylar film packaging and blue adhesive application process for bare battery cells. It primarily completes functions such as automatic film wrapping, heat sealing of the battery cell, battery pack scanning, loading and unloading of the battery pack, loading of Mylar film and base support sheets, heat sealing of Mylar film to base support sheets, heat sealing of the long edges of Mylar film at the bottom and top, heat sealing of the side edges of Mylar film, applying L-shaped adhesive to the bottom, applying U-shaped adhesive to the middle, adhesive application inspection, heat sealing size detection, checking the distance between the Mylar film and the top cover, and automatic discharge of NG products.
