X-ray Inspection Machine
This equipment relies on a high-energy X-ray imaging system, which directs X-rays at a vertical angle to the edges and corners of the core. The X-rays then form an image on the detector. Through software algorithms, the displacement dimensions between each layer of the positive and negative electrode coatings are calculated from the image, thereby determining whether the winding quality of the core meets the process requirements.
Advantages:
- - Optimized structure for high-capacity detection.
- - No obstructions between the product, radiation source, and receiver during testing, improving imaging clarity.
- - A single radiation source achieves 10 PPM detection output (scanning four corners), significantly optimizing cost and efficiency.
- - Fully shielded lead test chamber with X-ray leakage ≤1.0 μSv/h, ensuring safety and easy internal maintenance.
- - Enables quick model changeover.
