Izixazululo ze-Turnkey zokwakha amandla nokuhlunga amaseli ayisilinda

I-Pengjin inikeza izixazululo ze-turnkey zokwakha nokuhlukanisa amaseli ayisilinda ngomthamo, kanye nezinhlelo ze-Battery PACK ezizenzakalelayo ngokuphelele zamabhethri e-lithium. Umugqa ophelele wokukhiqiza i-Battery PACK uhlanganisa ukuhlunga amaseli, ukukhetha, ukuhlanganisa amamojula, ukunamathisela, kanye nokuhlanganisa kwe-PACK kokugcina, ngokuqapha kwesikhathi sangempela kanye nokuhlolwa kwekhwalithi.
Kusukela kuzixazululo zebhethri ngazinye kuya kuzixazululo zokukhiqiza ibhethri le-lithium-ion eziphelele, i-Pengjin inikeza izinhlelo eziguquguqukayo nezisebenza kahle kakhulu ezenzelwe izidingo zamakhasimende. Imigqa yethu ye-PACK ezenzakalelayo iqinisekisa ukusebenza okuzinzile, abasebenzi abancishisiwe, kanye nesivinini sokukhiqiza esengeziwe.     Incazelo

    Izinzuzo zesisombululo

    1. Ukusebenza kahle kakhulu

    • Ikhono lokuhlunga ngesivinini esikhulu kakhulu:

      • Amaseli amancane ayisilinda (18650 / 21700): isivinini sokuhlunga sifinyelela ku 350 PPM (umholi wemboni), umthamo wonyaka ngomugqa ngamunye udlula 1,5 GWh, okwanelisa ukukhiqizwa okukhulu kwamabhethri kagesi.

      • Amaseli amakhulu ayisilinda (uchungechunge lwama-34/46): isivinini sokuhlunga sifinyelela ku 200 PPM, evumelaniswe nezinqubo zokwakheka komjikelezo omude wamaseli anomthamo ophezulu, anomthamo waminyaka yonke odlula 1,0 GWh.

    • Ukulawula ukuqeqeshwa okunembile:

      • Isu le-Multi-stage CC-CV (i-constant current-constant voltage) lokuthuthukisa ukwakheka kwezingqimba ze-SEI, ukuthuthukisa impilo yomjikelezo ngaphezu kwalokhu 10%.

      • Ukunemba kokulawula kwe-voltage kanye nokwamanje ≤ ±0,05%, ngokuphambuka komthamo 1% ngeseli ngalinye.


    2. Ukuphathwa kokushisa okukhethekile

    • Ukulawulwa kokushisa kwe-axial kanye ne-radial okuqondiswa yizinhlangothi zombili:
      Ixazulula izinselele zokupholisa eziyinhloko kumaseli asilinda, ifinyelele ukufana kwezinga lokushisa ±0,5°C, ukuvimbela ukushisa ngokweqile kwendawo kanye nokuwohloka kokusebenza.

    • Ukulungiswa kwezinga lokushisa eliguqukayo ngesikhathi sokuhlunga:
      Ilungisa ngokuzenzakalelayo izinga lokushisa lokushaja/lokukhipha ishaja ngokwesimo se-SOC, iqinisekisa ukuhlukaniswa okuhambisanayo nokusebenza ≥ 99,5%.


    3. Izixazululo zokwenza izinto ngokuzenzakalela ezenziwe ngezifiso

    • Ukulayisha nokuhlunga okuzenzakalelayo:

      • Iyahambisana nobubanzi 18/21/34/46 mm nokuphakama 50–120 mm, ngesikhathi sokushintsha imodeli imizuzu engama-30.

      • Sebenzisa umbono womshini + ukulinganisa nge-laser ukuze kubekwe kahle, kugwenywe ukuguquguquka kwendawo ebiyelwe okubangelwa izindlela zendabuko zokubopha.

    • Izinto zokuqeqesha ezifana nomagazini:

      • Isixazululo sokuxhumana se-impedance ephansi esenzelwe ngqo amaseli asilinda, sinciphisa ukuguquguquka kwamandla kagesi, ngokunemba kokutholwa ±0,5 mV.


    4. Umklamo olungiselelwe ukonga amandla

    • Ukulanda ukubuyisa amandla:
      Yakhelwe izici zokukhishwa kwamandla aphezulu kwamaseli asilinda, ngokusebenza kahle kokutakula ≥ 85%ukonga okungaphezu kwalokho 30% amandla uma kuqhathaniswa nokukhishwa kwendabuko okulwa nokumelana.

    • Ama-rack wokuhlunga ama-Modular:
      Ukucushwa kwesiteshi okuguquguqukayo ngokuya ngobukhulu beseli, okwandisa ukusetshenziswa kwesikhala ku 20%.


    5. Ukulandelelwa kwedatha

    • Ukuhlanganiswa okujulile ne-MES:

      • Ukuxhumanisa idatha yokuhlukanisa ngokuzenzakalelayo namakhodi aphawulwe nge-laser, okuqinisekisa ukuxhumana komuntu ngamunye phakathi kweseli nedatha.
