Manufacturing line description
This intelligent workshop is designed according to a customized concept and is suitable for fully automatic assembly of pouch-type laminated battery cells, including processes such as hot pressing, ultrasonic welding, aluminum-plastic film formation, aluminum-plastic film packaging, EL. injection, and final sealing. The intelligent workshop consists of a manufacturing line and a three-dimensional warehouse, with automated transportation and MES data collection within the equipment. The logistics between each individual machine is completed by the logistics line, achieving intelligent, flexible, and information-based production.

Highlights of the manufacturing line
1) Hot pressing machine: pressure value can be fed back in real time, PID control, temperature exceeding upper and lower limits alarm, temperature changes are displayed in real time through the panel;
2) Ultrasonic prewelding: equipped with a sealed dust removal mechanism, with a wind speed of ≥ 20m/s at the end, real-time detection of air pressure, and alarm for exceeding the lower limit;
3) Hi-pot testing: Each testing institution can perform internal self inspection as a fail safe measure to ensure the success rate of testing;
4) Tab cutting machine: cutting accuracy ± 0.3mm, non integrated structure of cathode and anode cutting blades designed separately, can be quickly replaced, made of superhard alloy material, with a lifespan of>1 million times;
5) Electrode thickness measurement: detection repeatability accuracy ± 0.015mm;
6) Aluminum plastic film formation machine: independent coding machine, better coding effect; The precision of pouch forming is ≤± 0.2mm;
7) Aluminum plastic film packaging machine: integrated top and corner sealing, one-time packaging in place; Seal thickness control accuracy ≤± 15 μm;
8) Injection machine: Double protection design against dripping, vacuum bubble removal design, and injection system cleaning design;
9) Degassing machine: battery vertical Degassing, air pcoket facing upwards;
10) Folding machine: cutter life ≥ 1 million times, mold repair times ≥ 10 times;
11) Thickness testing machine: with a detection repeatability of ± 0.015mm, which has high testing accuracy.
