Spray Tower

The spray tower is designed to reduce and purify the NMP content in the exhaust air generated during the coating machine production process, in order to meet the environmental requirements and safely discharge the exhaust gas into the atmosphere.

The principle involves thorough contact between the gaseous NMP present in the exhaust air and water through spraying. This allows the originally mixed NMP in the exhaust air to dissolve in the water, achieving a reduction in NMP content and the purification of the exhaust air.

The advantages of Pengjin's spray tower include low energy consumption and better purification effectiveness compared to similar products in the industry.

    Cathode engineering characteristics: This project was a one-for-two fully automatic large air volume NMP recovery system. Highly efficient excess heat recovery and effective heat exchange of exhaust and return air were achieved. NMP waste liquid was sufficiently recovered using low-temperature condensation method. The exhaust gas was treated by water absorption method to meet emission standard. G4+F8 filter was used to guarantee cleanliness of equipment and return air.
    Anode engineering characteristics: Anode coating machines adopted one-for-four air duct treatment system in this project, each layer of two-layer coating machine was equipped with two excess heat recovery
    equipment, filter box for exhaust gas treatment. Heat of exhaust and return air was exchanged efficiently for excess heat recovery. G4+F8 filter box was effective for fresh air impurity filtration to
    guarantee cleanliness of return air.
