The name of this unit is 180t/d NMP recovery liquid rectification project. With NMP waste liquid as raw material, according to the difference of volatilities of various substances, continuous rectification process can be adopted to separate water, NMP, light components and heavy components, so that the water content in NMP can be reduced from 20% in raw materials to below 100ppm. The NMP waste liquid treatment process adopts the continuous operation process of vacuum three-tower process+ one-tower intermittent operation process, and the process equipment consists of 4 towers, 9 vessels, 12 heat exchangers and 13 sets of pumps.

Design annual processing hours of 8000 hours, continuous operation device. Design and operation flexibility is 60% ~ 120%.
