Hot Press Machine
This equipment is used to shape the wound cells. The principle of hot pressing shaping is to heat the cells to a certain temperature. At the same time, a certain pressure is applied to the cells, allowing the loose cells to be hot-pressed into shape. The equipment also features automatic material handling that connects to the next station.

Advantages:
- - The hot press module features a modular design, allowing individual modules to be isolated for control and maintenance in case of failure, without affecting normal production.
- - The loading and unloading process uses four-axis or six-axis robots, making operation simple and maintenance convenient.
- - The flatness of the upper and lower heating plates is ≤0.03mm, achieving a cell consistency rate of up to 99.99%.
- - The self-developed pressing plates feature anti-adhesion functions for separators and electrode tabs, with surface coating treatments to prevent adhesion.
- - The heating module uses high-temperature resistant custom heating elements, ensuring uniform temperature, excellent stability, long service life, and an automatic over-temperature alarm system for safety.
- - High compatibility, capable of adapting to the production of various battery sizes and models, with a modular fixture design for easy and convenient changeovers.
