Absorption Tower
Application field:
⩥Widely used in the field of industrial waste gas treatment, especially in the removal of harmful gases such as sulfur dioxide (SO2), nitrogen oxides (NOx), and fluorides;
⩥In industries such as petrochemicals, chemicals, and electricity, water absorption towers are used to treat harmful substances such as hydrogen sulfide and ammonia in exhaust gases, achieving purification and emission of exhaust gases;
⩥It is also used to treat volatile organic compounds (VOCs), converting harmful substances in exhaust gases into harmless substances through physical absorption process.
Equipment Advantage:
⩥Efficient Emission Control: The system includes a secondary water absorption unit to ensure emissions meet standards. A pure water tank with level monitoring and solenoid valves automatically controls water replenishment, aided by a replenishment pump. Each absorption unit has an independent magnetic circulation pump, and the discharge pump also uses a magnetic pump for reliability.
⩥Real-Time Monitoring & Durability: The tower kettle features an online monitoring system for absorption liquid concentration, allowing real-time adjustments. All overcurrent components are made of 304 stainless steel for durability and corrosion resistance. The absorption tower uses wire mesh corrugated high-efficiency packing to enhance absorption and prevent liquid flooding.
⩥Optimized Design & Maintenance: Ladders and maintenance platforms ensure easy operation. High tower embedded parts are pre-installed during construction in coordination with the customer. The fresh water inlet is positioned below the demister, ensuring better absorption. A wire mesh demister at the top prevents liquid droplet carryover, ensuring emission quality.
Process principle:
The absorption tower utilizes the characteristics of NMP and water being miscible in any ratio and highly water-soluble to treat VOCs tail gas, which can control the VOCs emissions in the tail gas ≦10mg/m3.
