Cylindrical Module PACK Production Line

This production line is primarily designed for the post-processing of 32135/40140 cylindrical lithium batteries, encompassing processes such as cell sorting, automatic AI polarity detection, automatic welding, automatic flipping, automatic transfer, manual assembly, and comprehensive testing. The front section of the line is responsible for completing the welding of module PACK and the preceding processes through module integration and a dual-speed chain system. It achieves automatic transfer and synchronization with the rear section of the line via a linkage transfer mechanism. The rear section of the line primarily utilizes a dual-speed chain system operated manually.
