Pairing Machine

This equipment is primarily used for the pairing and bundling process of A/B bare cells, designed for fully automatic operation in a production line. The equipment performs tasks such as loading and unloading bare cells from previous processes, distinguishing A/B cells, buffering unpaired A/B bare cells, binding pairing information, rotating and stacking bare cells for pairing, applying adhesive to A/B bare cells for bundling, applying adhesive to electrode tabs, applying adhesive to the bottom electrode tabs, adhesive application inspection, and more. It also includes a cell information traceability system that automatically records operator information, production time (shift, date, and time), equipment parameters (including equipment ID), and key quality information. This data is then bound with barcodes and stored in the device's built-in industrial PC, which is uploaded to the MES system.
