Double Planetary Mixer

The double planetary power dispersion mixer consists of two sets of low-speed agitators and two sets of high-speed dispersers, providing excellent mixing and dispersion effects. The high-speed disperser's dispersion linear velocity effectively controls the viscosity and fineness of the slurry.

The 3D-designed twist-type mixing blades ensure proper clearance between the blades, between the blades and the barrel wall, and between the blades and the barrel bottom, reducing dead zones in mixing and improving product uniformity.

Advanced equipment manufacturing technology eliminates metal contamination, significantly enhancing the safety performance of lithium batteries. With high-viscosity kneading capability, the slurry's solid content can range from 50% to 90%, and viscosity can reach up to 10,000 Pa·s.
