Can Insertion Welding Machine
The shell pre-welding machine is used in the shell assembly process of prismatic lithium batteries, completing functions such as inserting the bare cell into the aluminum shell, pressing it flat, and pre-welding the cell top cover to the shell opening.

Advantages:
- - Real-time monitoring of the pressure for inserting the cell into the shell.
- - Automatic alignment of the cell and top cover. - Full coverage of the cell and shell opening, forming "JR" protection.
- - Detection function for the top cover end face and the aluminum shell opening step.
- - Two-stage shell insertion, with Hi-Pot testing after the first stage.
- - Four-axis robotic arm for integrated handling of cells and insulating sheets, reducing the number of grabs and minimizing displacement.
